A message to our patients regarding COVID-19 protocol

We look forward to seeing you as we reopen our offices. We want to make sure you know we are taking extra precautions to ensure that you have a safe and sanitary environment. We would like to explain what you can expect in the coming weeks as you come to your appointments. This will take some cooperation from you moving forward. So please be patient with us during this time.

First and foremost, if you are sick or have been sick in the last two weeks, are in a high risk group, or if you have any of these symptoms, please reschedule your appointment:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Eye Infection
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell

Also, if you have been in contact with anyone who has been in quarantine or isolation with the Covid-19 virus within the last two weeks, please reschedule your appointment.

If you have been tested for Covid-19 and had a positive result or are awaiting a result, please reschedule your appointment.

If you have travelled anywhere outside of Arizona in the last two weeks or have not been “staying at home,” please also reschedule your appointment.

Please be on time for your appointment. The lobby will not be open. So please remain in your car until we call you to come in. If you do not want to stay in the car, we have two chairs outside the office that you may sit and wait, but with the rising temperatures, you will probably be more comfortable in the car. Please enter in the front of the E300 office where the fountain is. In the past we have let patients come in the back door, and this will be reserved for the patients exiting the office.

Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. No family members, children, or friends will be allowed in the office.

Please wear a mask. We realize that you will most likely need to remove it at the time of the treatment, but we ask that you please keep it on all other times.

We will be taking your temperature when you arrive. Your provider will meet you at the door and take your temperature before leading you back into the treatment room.

No cash or checks will be accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, but it is a temporary policy during this time.

If you need any products, please call ahead and let us know. This will allow us to have them ready for you when you come.

We appreciate your cooperation during this difficult time. Your safety and health is of utmost importance to us, and we are looking forward to serving you soon. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office at 480-947-6788.

THANK YOU,
